Dexter and Indigo (the cats) are now proud owner's of their very own top floor penthouse. Amongst the mammoth project that is the backyard landscaping I have taken some time at the urging of my wife to construct our kitties a "cat tree" that would make all others envious...at least all other cats! We know that they love being up "above us" as they always sits up on the back of the couch and the top of our pillows. So we decided to build them what has ended up to be a five foot tall platform. All my years of engineering in college have paid off and...oh wait actually most of the skills I used for this project I learned as a finish carpenter working for a family friend the summers between college courses...Hmm...All that aside we now or they now are the proud owners of their very own custom made highrise. We can't seem to get them to come down now but I guess that was the point in the first place. So check out Flickr and the new "Highrise" collection.
