Half way to a house, or so.......

Okay so they accepted our offer and we actually saved some money off the full price. Our mortgage company lowered their rates by a few tenths and we have the first inspection on Monday. Everything is going great so far. We have started searching for appliances and I have started looking at Home Depot for all the fun projects I can start. We have a ways to go before we get the keys but as of right now our closing date is 30 March with move-in planned for the next day. Thank you to everyone for all your prayers it has been a great blessing to know you are all out there. Also thank you for all of you who were kind enough to offer your advice and help through this process, I may be calling you again.
