Well we made an offer on a house today. Filled out all the paperwork and we should know by tomorrow if they accept or have a counter-offer. Our Realtor has been a huge help and we have had good experiences with everyone else we have worked with. We are trying not to get to set on this house while we wait to make sure everything goes through with the inspections and paperwork. But we have most of the mortgage stuff done so that should help on the funding side. We will keep posting more as we go!
