The house hunting is in full swing. We have looked at a lot more houses than I can keep track of. We have looked in four or five distinct areas and seen good places and some we wouldn't ever touch again. We think we have it narrowed down to just a few choices so now we are writing out our pro and con lists and praying our way through it. People tell you that you will never find the perfect house and they are right. We like a bunch of the houses we have seen but there is always something that isn't quite perfect. The mortgage process hasn't been to painful yet but I am sure as we find the house we like and try to pay for it we will understand how much paperwork is really involved.
